ok!!!!! Really have to get a post up! I have been so busy as usual..maybe i need to get up before workout to!

Workouts have been going so great! I actually lost 3 pounds after my first week! I have been very strict on no carbs and sugar...the only problem i am having is getting side tracked working and not eating enough! So hard to get six meals in!!!!! catch up on this week...our weigh in is on Tuesday mornings...lost 2 lbs this week! so I am down 5 lbs for two weeks..thought it might be more since I am eating so clean...but hey...i am happy just losing and knowing i am building muscle again! I do feel like i have lost a ton of inches..we get measured every 1.5 wks and i will have an update on that! I am definitely not as sore as the first week...but everyday a muscle hurts that i didn't know i had! Sit ups have become so much easier this week too..i can already tell the hard work is paying off!!!! I love being a morning really makes the day so much longer for me...which i need all the time i can get!

Speaking of eating...i Love replacement meals/shakes...i have been getting a low carb Emerald city smoothie about 5 days a week....usually for breakfast after workout.... Especially refreshing first thing in the am! So this week i have been trying something new... Shakeology. One of my dearest friends LOVES/promotes/sells i thought i would take her up on the experiment for the week!

I have to say the chocolate is HEAVENLY!!! I have been having every morning for breakfast since monday....mix with ice/water and a little scoop of natural peanut butter...tastes like chocolate pudding! Very's pretty thick and takes me a while to drink all of it! So today ..Day 4 i start the cleanse.... this is how my week has been...and what the next three days next 3 days are going to look:

Monday 26th – 1 Shakeology for breakfast (feel free to use recipes) Normal healthy diet

Tuesday 27th – 1 Shakeology for breakfast (feel free to use recipes) Normal healthy diet

Wednesday 28th – 1 Shakeology for breakfast (feel free to use recipes) Normal healthy diet

Thursday – Saturday 29th – 31st – 3 Day Cleanse (use only Shakeology, water, and lots of ice during the cleanse)

3-Day Cleanse

Shakeology for Breakfast

Green Tea (Decaf)

1 Piece of Fruit

Shakeology for Lunch

Green Tea

Shakeology or snack before dinner, or after dinner for dessert

Dinner – Large salad with 4 oz white meat. Non-fat or light dressing (very minimal)

Lots and lots and lots of water! No dairy! If you need to, you can have two pieces of fruit instead of one. No extra sugars or additives.

I feel pretty good today so far..not really hungry....i will keep you posted on everything! starting weight today before 3 day cleanse is 200 lbs. thanks again everyone for all your support...who's going to join me in the next boot camp...i am telling's the best!
